I, Samantha Shannon, am a lifelong resident of Siskiyou County. I am committed to creating a long-lasting relationship with my clients and providing professional service with knowledge and integrity. With over 5 years of Real Estate experience, I have lived in North, South and West Siskiyou County. I have knowledge in construction coming from a construction background. I enjoy being part of the community. Raising my family in a safe area is a priority to me, and Siskiyou County is the perfect place. I am fortunate to call beautiful Siskiyou County my home.

Experience

I have been part of the Shasta Real Estate Group team for over 5 years and take great pride in being a Realtor for a brokerage that has been in business for over 40 years. I have been on multiple committees for the Siskiyou Association of Realtors including the outreach committee, awards task force, the chair for the business technology committee and a director for 2019. One of my number one priorities is being up to date on current laws in California Real Estate, and have traveled to multiple trainings at the local and state level throughout my real estate career.

She responded quickly to all inquiries about the property and went out of her way to work with the current tenant to insure a smooth transition. The preparation leading to our sale lasted almost a year from the time we first met with Sam to discuss the possibility of selling and our best option to do so, until the time we actually signed a listing agreement. During that time, Sam helped us to research options and provided updates on the current value of our house.
